I prefer the booths to the I prefer the booths to the table. I felt on display at the table in the middle, plus it also seems to be a lot louder than in the booths. The place could be quieter...it tends to be too loud with poor acoustics. However, the food and service are great.
I had heard this place was I had heard this place was a bit on the pricey side but after my first visit, I can say that it is a great value for what you get. The menu is extensive thus allowing each of us to find a delicious choice. Thumbs up to the crab cakes and beef dishes: horseradish crusted sirloin and durango tenderloin. The night we went (Tuesday), kids under 12 were free and draft beers were half price. I have to tell you, for a neigborhood choice, this will take precedence over Trio's or Embers.
Much more than a neighborhood Much more than a neighborhood bar and grill, but with the same gracious hospitality. It has an impressive appetizer menu served with flair. Drinks are generous and service is exemplary. Over all, an excellent choice for an adult oriented evening.

Dinner for 6 was great. Bartender Dinner for 6 was great. Bartender is great! Fun place - great food, great wine, wonderful bloody marys. The best bread and dipping sauce in town!
The food was wonderful but The food was wonderful but the atmosphere left something to be desired. We arrived at 5:30 on Saturday. The restaurant was nearly emply. Still, the hostess seated us right next to a large party, with 3 screaming children. When we asked to be moved, she offered us the booth that was out of view of this party, but literally right next to them - separated only by partician. We've been there twice now We've been there twice now in the past week .. once to celebrate a promotion and another time to celebrate a birthday. Excellent food and service. We loved Stone Creek and we will be back!
