Good, as always. Nothing Good, as always. Nothing spectacular, but we weren't that hungry and appetizers and salads did the trick.
Everything was great--the Everything was great--the food, the service and the special treat for our Anniversary.
As Always. 1st class. Had As Always. 1st class. Had reservation at 7:30; was promtly seated. Ordered appetizers (goat cheese and Ahi Tuna) both great. Four entres-3 great (steak, Fish, Salad,). I ordered the chicken scallopini. Chicken was great but the sauce blendd in with the mashed potatoes and this presented a gooey mess-didn't look good. Just a thought; tasted great but not pretty. To full for desserts. Waiter did a great job. Thanks
Generally we enjoyed everything. Generally we enjoyed everything. The salad (house) was delicious and very fresh. One of us asked if there were a lot of crab in the crab Pasta dish (don't remember the name, sorry, but standard menu item). He was very disappointed that in lieu of the promised amount, there was a little, and scallops instead. It was very good, but he had been looking forward especially to the crab.
Always a good go-to place I can't think of ever having had a bad experience there. Top notch service, especially Barry at the bar. We generally take all of our meals there just to have Barry wait on us. Portions are just the right size, the bread is great and the drinks are mixed just right. The wine list, although not huge, has a lot of choices by the glass. It varies a little, but they do have some specials they list monthly. Ask for Barry at the bar. He's the best.
Great way to celebrate! We really enjoyed our first visit to Stone Creek. The food was simply delicious and there was quite a variety to choose from. Our meals were also beautiful when served and added to our lovely evening. We celebrated my husband's birthday there and received a complimentary dessert... much appreciated! This is a classy restaurant with great ambiance and terrific food! Our server was very attentive and helpful with menu suggestions. We will definitely be back.
Substitution in Seafood Broil I had the seafood broil, which was very good. When I asked our server about it, she said it was OK, but suggested that I try the seafood blackened because it was otherwise sort of bland. She also suggested I substitute risotto for the couscous. I declined to get the seafood blackened and ended up wishing that I had. It wasn't bad by any means, but the mahi was a bit bland. The substitution of the risotto was a great idea - definitely recommend!

Classy and Casual Went with a group of seven. Everyone's food was outstanding. Offer a unique list of martini cocktails. Service was excellent and very timely in delivering drinks/dinner. The atmosphere is what could be called an eclectic classy with a certain comfortable casualness. A place to have a nice dinner without feeling stiff. When packed, though, it can be a little loud.
