One of my favorite restaurants! One of my favorite restaurants! The food is always well prepared.
Great dining experience We brought friends here for the first time & they loved it. All of our meals were delicious and the server was friendly. My husband had the seafood pasta and loved it. One of our friends had the short ribs & horseradish mashed potatoes & said he has never had such tender short ribs. My only disappointment was I was bragging to my friend, who loves dessert, about the chocolate raspberry mousse which is normally served on a decorative wave plate. It was brought on a glass plate but it looked like it was... read more
A Very Nice Evening My family has a tradition of going out to dinner one evening before Christmas. It usually means a group of around 14-16. Stone Creek had a reservation available even though we waited to the last minute. The table was ready and the staff were attentive throughout the evening. Everyone indicated that they liked what they ordered and we all left very pleased with the experience. I will definitely recommend Stone Creek to others.
Spinich dip good. Chicken Spinich dip good. Chicken parm was awful. The waitress was extremely understanding and took off my bill.
A stone's throw away... Great food and nice setting in downtown Montgomery! We went on New Year's Eve so waiters were quite busy but it was a nice time. Parking garage is available beneath restaurant.
Good Food, Jumbo-Jet Ambience This is the fourth or fifth time we've eaten here over the years, since the location in Montgomery is so convenient and the food is decent. This last time found a family group of about twenty pressed in one long line of tables between two rows of booths. If we'd had a tollbooth gate projecting from the end of our booth to their chair-backs, our dinner bil... read more
Consistently good We have been to Stone Creek several times and have found our experience to be consistent ly good. It is reassuring that we have a place to take people that is reliable in quality of service, food and atmosphere. We have had some guests dine with us who found the place to be a bit noisy for their taste, and if you sit too close to the bar that is a given. We never had an issue. Love the carrot cake!!
Never had a meal that disappointed. Never had a meal that disappointed. Excellent service, very good atmosphere, one of our favorite places
Surf and turf surprise This is a great restaurant, overall. One thing I would caution diners on is their "surf and turf". Although the menu reads like you are getting a small filet and a lobster, it is actually a filet with lobster claw pieces mixed in with the risotto. Had it not been for the waitress explaining this to us, there would have been two unhappily surprised diners when the meat came out.
