My spouse had the Topia Steak Medallions w. sautéed spinach, applewood smoked bacon and tomatoes. She was very pleased with her meal. I had the Chelsea Pork Tenderloin w. pepper demi-glace. It was very tasty but the demi-glace was too salty for my taste. We shared a chocolate mousse for dessert and enjoyed it very much. The service was a bit slow and we had a table in sort of a hallway where it was lonely except for the traffic through it.
Had a wonderful dinner with impecable service. Filet was cooked perfectly - dessert was just the right size for two. It was a rare dinner out away from our toddler and infant - so , I was surprised to see over 6 children (age 3-10) seated at various tables in the 6-8pm hour. I quietly requested to be seated far away from them for our romantic dinner and the hostess helped us out. This place has a chic, contemporary atmosphere. It feels very cosmopolitan for suburban Cincinnati. There is an exciting vibe (if not a bit too loud) and the service is very professional and attentive. It's busy and does well, so reservations do not guarantee prompt seating and both times I've been there I've received an unpolished and insincere apology for the wait. This is my second time eating at Stone Creek. I was impressed the first time with the service, ambience, and food. I was just as impressed this visit.
As always, the food was fantastic along with the servcie.
