We eat at Stone Creek on a fairly regular basis so very familiar with the restaurant. We has a good time as usual. There were 4 of us. Caeser salads were good. We had the following: strip steak was cooked perfectly, the combo of beer battered shrimp and filet were great as was the evening special of sea bass. One in our party ordered the scallops and they came out a bit over cooked but the server switched them out and all was good!
Usually I go to Stone Creek for lunch - business lunches mostly - and everything is great. Good salads, soups, and sandwiches. This was the first time I went to Stone Creek for dinner and I was delightfully surprised - very good. My husband and I met some old college friends there for dinner and we all had a great time - the noise level was quite enough for us to have great conversation, but loud enough were we could feel the energy in the restaurant. wish I had not agreed to butterfly-ing my filet. Had the exact same meal at WC on the 31st of December and it was INCREDIBLE. **and we think there was raw garlic on the salads.....little strange. very busy weekend night for Montgomery and everything was really great. Love our SC Montgomery.
Reserved so could have a nice dinner for mine and my boyfriend's parents to meet - got a cool round table in the corner which seemed a bit quieter and more private than the rest. No one in our party got steak (mostly seafood) which was good but not exceptional. Nice experience and good service
