This is the second time I've dined at Stone Creek, and my second great experience there. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I've tried the salmon and the Durango medallions. My husband had the sea bass. We have both enjoyed everything we've eaten there. The service is friendly and prompt, and our server made great recommendations (I appreciate it when the staff is able to recommend their favorites). I like that the atmosphere is not too loud even when the dining room is almost full. We will definitely return.
This place is great! We always have wonderful service and it is such a delicious dinner, especially for the price.
We were visiting from the NY/NJ area where we have no shortage of great restaurants. Stone Creek is right up there with the best of them. In every category from the moment we entered, we were greeted by the staff with a prompt and friendly attitude, seated and waited upon in a very professional and congenial manner. The food was excellent from the wine and beer right through to the desert. Thank you for a memorable experience!
We enjoy Stone Creek because it has a wide variety on the menu. Great martini night on Wednesday to make the middle of the week a treat. As the title states what we like best is the consistent high quality food and service.
We come here on a regular basis and had an out of town guest with us on this visit. I had Cajun medallions with shrimp which was very good but a bit heavy on the Cajun seasoning on the filet. Husband had the barbecued ribs, he was happy. Our guest had the ribs/blackened chicken combo and he commented on the heavier Cajun seasoning on the chicken, but he liked it all as well. Great service as always!
I ordered the grilled seafood. Nothing looked as if it was grilled. The scallops were pale, the fish was fishy tasting & tough. The shrimp were very good, as was the zucchini on the side. My husband ordered the chicken parm, & he really liked his choice. I will definitely dine here again, but will not order the seafood again.
The restaurant has great food and service. My only complaint is the parking. You can never get a place in the underground garage. I had to park far away and walk.
My husband and I had never been here before but had heard good things, so we decided to eat here for our anniversary - and were not disappointed! I had an excellent glass of wine, the featured Malbec, and tried the scallops that our waitress recommended - they were fantastic! And some of the best risotto I've ever had. My husband got the pork tenderloin which was also excellent. Everything seemed reasonably priced and portions were just right too. I was only sad we were too full to try any dessert!
