Our dining experience at Stone Creek was very good. The seating allows for more privacy than in most restaurants and it was quiet and romantic. Our server was attentive without being intrusive. The Ahi Tuna appetizer was seared perfectly rare and the sauces were not too spicy. The short ribs were tender and flavorful and the creamy risotto complemented them well. It was a tough beginning; we were seated right next to the kitchen in a half full restaurant. We complained and were moved to a quieter location. The ambiance is so nice in most of the restaurant: clean, warm, comfortable. The beer list was great. They have many of our favorites that are tough to find. We both had steak dinners. The steaks were cooked as ordered, and tasted great. Our waiter was a little too informal with us, but the service was efficient.
Their corn chowder is fabulous!
We had an excellent dinner.there wer 6 of us and everyone ordered something different. One meal was bettter than the next. All was delicious and our server, Richie Hutchens, something like that, (I asked his name, He was so personable and accomodating . it made the evening delightful
We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary there...it was perfect. The service was excellent!
Our dining experience was wonderful. Great food and great service.
