My best friend and I celebrated a late Christmas and everything was perfect! Food and drinks were amazing and service was amazing

The food was great but our service was not very good. This was the first time we were seated upstairs. Our waiter came over and took our drink order, came back a few minutes later forgetting our drinks and went ahead and took our food order. Never asked if we wanted any appetizers, never asked if we wanted soup or salad. He seemed to be distracted or something. Other tables around us had to ask him a few times for refills on their drinks.

Had reservations for Valentines Day. We were seated promptly, in a nice quite location. Our server was very prompt, courteous, and took care of us well. Ambiance was nice. My wife and I enjoyed it, and will visit again.

Usually we love StoneCreek, this particular time our waiter was extremely slow and not very attentive. He seemed to be new or distracted, frequently forgetting requests and several tables received their food orders and completed their meals even after arriving and being seated after we were. The room upstairs was extremely warm and for the most part uncomfortable. This was the first time we were very disappointed with Stone Creek.

We had a reservation..upon arriving we were told to wait, that it was going to be another 15-20 minutes. Nothing at Metropolis was open, freezing cold and waiting area was at capacity. The food saved the experience.
