Food was good, service was not so good. Waiter was slow and not very responsive. Had to ask several times for items like a napkin. Also drink was sent back to the bar as it was not good.
Seated precisely on time despite a crowd at valentines day. Friendly server. GREAT food.
I like this restaurant for a lot of reasons. It seemed like our waitress on this day was not into the evening. She must have been too busy. I am not saying she was not good, it was little things like I had to ask for drink refills. she never checked our table after the food was delivered. My wife had to ask for steak sauce twice because the first one they gave us was empty. I would never punish a waitress with a tip reduction but maybe she got more from me than I thought she was worth that evening. Will definitely be back.
Our server informed us that she forgot to put our food in the computer. we had to wait 45+ minutes for our dinner to come out to the table. Our server apologized as well as the manager who came to our table. Both our server and the manager told us they would fix our bill due to the wait and because of the mistake our server made. Not a single dime was taken off our bill. we were very understanding when they apologized but it was frustrating that our bill wasn't reduced after we were told it would be.
We all had a nice dining experience. And ARE server was great.
Experienced a great Valentine's Day dinner; great food; great service; great atmosphere. Never disappointed.
We were there on a busy Saturday night. We ordered appetizers which were good and came out in a reasonable amount of time. The oil for the bread, which I love, was the bottom of the bottle and just a lump of herbs on the plate. It took a long time for our main course to come out and when it did, the ribeye was tough, the ribs were dry and the fried shrimp were overcooked (rubbery).
