We get kudos from friends when we take them to their first-time dinners here. They love the food and drink; and for a twosome or foursome we choose a booth, where conversation is cozy. The menu is so well-crafted by the chefs and well-understood by the amiable servers. We advise enjoying Stone Creek with the time to savor unhurried dining and a fine selection of regular & adult beverages and coffees.
Service was slow. Had to stop and ask someone for water after being seated and no one came to the table for about five minutes. A young woman plopped a dinner in front of me, warned me that the plate was hot, and darted away so quickly that I didn't have a chance to notice that she brought me the wrong dinner until she was gone. I had to ask the hostess to get a wait person to come to the table. The food was good. It happened to be during Devour Indy so the prices were reasonable because of their participation in Devour.
