Wonderful experience. When Stone Creek opened years ago, I didn't care for food and the atmosphere varied. The person I was also felt the same way. In fact, she recently had her sons rehearsal dinner there. They've remodeled and their wait staff are better trained. We actually ate in the bar as the restaurant was very crowded and had a nice, relaxing visit. Our waitress Karen was on top of anthing we needed even before we knew we needed it! Stone Creek is awesome Best bread & olive oil at any restaurant. Wonderful menu with consistently great tasting food. Great for a date or special gathering.
Easter 2013 Easter was great, many in our party had the brunch buffet, they loved it. I got the petite filet, it was superb! Two others had the orange roughy, and the BBQ ribs, both raved about them. Wonderful experience.

Outstanding Upscale Local Favorite Stone Creek is an outstanding, upscale, locally-owned restaurant in an area where there are none. The art glass light fixtures and booth seating give this restaurant a warm feeling despite the high ceiling over the main dining room. There's another dining area upstairs with a balcony view of the main dining room. An intimate bar at the front also serves the full menu. It's a perfect "date night" restaurant. Great Customer Service AND Food When I called to check on prices for the Mother's Day Brunch, I was told a different price from the actual price when we got there. When I questioned the manager about it he immediately said he would take care of it and honored the price I was given. The food was delicious and I would highly recommend Stone Creek in Plainfield to anyone.
We made a reservation to celebrate We made a reservation to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and wanted to make sure we were able to get a good table. Upon arrival, it was very busy and quite a few people were waiting to be seated. Very glad we made the reservation. We were helped right away. However, we were seated in the bar area. To me that would have been a place you seat someone who had not made a reservation. Our server, Lindsey was fantastic. Could not have gotten a better person!
