The food was outstanding. The server was the opportunity. When i asked for a glass of water with lemon she pushed the bottle of water toward me pointing. I asked for a glass of ice, she finally did bring it after a second request. The lemon was never supplied. I asked for a side of ranch dressing when the food was brought to the table, it was never brought. Overall the group enjoyed the food very much, the service attentiveness and friendliness could be improved.
We have eaten at Stone Creek several times so my husband and I felt some disappointment since we brought people who had never dined there before. We ordered off the menu since the buffet didn't look quite as appetizing when we arrived at 1:30. My beef medallions tasted good but the presentation was not as appealing. My husband did not enjoy his chicken parmesan. The other couple was satisfied. enjoyed a family dinner for a special occassion. It was a great choice!
As always the food at Stone Creek was top notched. My husband and I both had the filets which you could cut with a butter knife. Adult children dined on the pork and chicken parm. They also said that they were delicious. All four had desserts. One cheesecake, one apple strudel, and two creme brulees. Again all were delicious. The service is wonderful, the bread to munch on is great. I would definitely recommend Stone Creek as a place for gatthering.
All in all, a great dining experience. I had mentioned in my e-mail reservation that it was my daughter's birthday, but nothing was said during the visit.
After a very poor dining experience here, we stayed away for about a year. Then we heard from friends and read recent reviews that made things sound as if there had been some major improvements made. We were not sorry we returned. The salads were delicious, the dinner entrees were interesting and very tasty, and the desserts were wonderful. We didn't understand why cream was served in a strange liqueur glass that was hard to pour from, but that was a minor issue in an overall very successful dining experience.
