I arrived early and I was greeted rudely, appeared to be a manager of some sort, and I was told to have a seat and we’ll get with when we can after the hostess had informed we were early for our reservation. A group of four walked in with us, had no reservation and was seated immediately and treated with grace. We were sat in the bar area, which was extremely loud. Food has been inconsistent the last several years. The shrimp cocktail was "questionable" and tasted like grocery store/pre-frozen shrimp :(

This was the waitress’ first day by herself. She didn’t get our orders correct. We thought the plates were going to break when she sat them down on the table, including the bread. I had to ask for my salad. The blackened salmon was over seasoned with salt. The grilled shrimp was overcooked and dry for two of our dinners. I asked for no tomatoes so I got both servings of asparagus and the other plate two pieces. The kid’s chicken tenders were bland. Our server should not have been on his own. Seemed as though he had never had a moment of training. He put my food in wrong 2 different times. The manager did nothing to make up for it, not even an apology. This is one of our favorite restaurants, we got about once a week. A server who isn’t any good can be avoided, a manager that doesn’t care about the happiness of her customers…makes us debate going back.

4 vehicles including ours were broken into while we were eating in the restaurant. The poor lighting in the parking lot was likely a reason for the break ins. Management at the restaurant did nothing to assist the "victims" of the crime. The also did not warn their own employees to use caution when going out to their cars. Very Disappointing!

There was 4 of us, 2 ordered steak and 2 ordered seafood. The seafood was good, but both of the steaks were overcooked. I sent mine back and they brought me out another one which this time it was almost raw, so I sent it back again and then it was overcooked AGAIN! By that time I wasn’t even hungry anymore. We won’t go back there it was expensive and not worth the money.

Very disappointing meal. Overcooked, charred on the bottom, fishy tasting salmon served with a tiny dried up rice cake you could barely chew it was so hard. And I don't know what they were trying to do with the vegetable side. The asparagus listed consisted of four pea sized cuts mixed in with spinach and a few leeks. By far the worst meal I've experienced in a long, long time.

Service throughout the evening was unacceptable. 20 minute wait to place cocktail order or get water- server said he didn’t know we were seated as he was in the computer. Bread was served well before cocktails were delivered and was cold when they finally arrived. Server returned to table and asked if we had ordered the squash entrees to which we replied no.
