The best place to live! I was here only for a little bit but was a great experience! The maintenance staff is great and super friendly. Anything that ever went wrong basically was fixed that very day. The complex is so clean and quiet and the apartments themselves are very homey. It’s a great place to live!

Overall good Not sure what the negative reviews are about but I love my apartment and the people who work here. Every maintenace issue is handled quickly and the office staff is super friendly. My apartment is on the top floor and while it sucks not having an elevator, it’s nice having high ceilings. The only issue I have is only having 1 carport. Overall a nice place to live.

Great experience I lived here for about 2 years. The staff was nothing but amazing to me and to my dog. The dog park is great, always people there to mingle with while the dogs play. The apartment itself was nice. Nothing but minor maintenance issues. When there was an issue with the heater, they had a space heater (which heated the entire apartment ) in the apartment in no time. B. The apartments complex is older, which means the trees are grown. Makes the area peaceful and it feels more private. For being close to a major highway it's very quite. Yet, there is a feel of community. It's very nice area in mount pleasant. I feel safe taking my dog out at night. The price is somewhat reasonable. See below I regret choosing Stone Crest for my move to Mount Pleasant. The apartment itself is poorly insulated against sound and the constant noise from neighbors makes it impossible to relax. The management team is the biggest issue as they are condescending and refuse to address maintenance or noise complaints. It is also worth noting that they provide no recycling facilities for residents. Save yourself the headache and research other complexes before signing a lease here.

Verified Renter My experience has shown me that these apartments are not luxury. Perhaps that word needs to be taken out of the advertising and off the complex entrance. They are decent apts but certainly not luxury ones.

Avoid living here Avoid living here. As of December 2019 managment does not care one bit for the cleaniless of their apartments. Claims to be a non-smoking complex but allows tenets to smoke both cigarettes and weed inside their apartment which then makes any neighboring apartments also smell like smoke. Any complaints are received with a mocking smile and a lifeless "I'm so sorry." Not what they say it is. Since AMP Residential has taken over management I have noticed the quality of service and overall maintenance of the buildings has decreased drastically. The parking lot floods whenever there is a slight amount of rain, an issue that is only ever given the most temporary of care. The maintenance workers are both very personable, but often times any request you put in takes days, if not weeks, to be addressed.
