There was a specific time for the appointment, and it was met. I was seeing a doctor at the appointed time, NOT sitting in a waiting room or a doctor's room. They allowed me to take my wife, who has Alzheimer's, into the DOCTOR's room with me, and, since I am her Caregiver, I was able to relax and focus on my medical issues as well as watch my wifeÂ
The staff was welcoming and made me feel totally at ease for my first time there. Dr. Banta and her associates took time to explain everything and I left feeling like it was a good experience and will definitely be back.Â

I arrived early and was able to be seen early as well. All of the staff are very nice. Melissa did a thorough skin check on me. Good experience.Â
