I put off getting orthodontic treatment for many years because of misinformation. Then, my general dentist recommended SOO. They did a thorough evaluation and what I was told brought tears of joy to my eyes. Today, I’m in braces and on my way to a better smile. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. I would highly recommend SOO to anyone with orthodontic needs.
Dr.Norris and his team are the best!! I’ve received excellent service , they care for you like family, worked with me with a payment plan, and are always prompt!! I’ve never waited more than 2-3 minutes to be called back. It’s unheard of ! I would highly recommend them to anyone! I even had the office manager personally text me after surgery to see how I was doing ! Amazing !!
We have completed braces with both of our daughter’s and could not be happier with the results!! Dr. Norris and his staff are fantastic! Dr. Norris’ attention to detail is phenomenal and his chairside manner is so kind, genuine and fun!! His staff is top-notch, as well. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!
