Staff was friendly & courteous. Really coincidental with how they said the cost would be exactly what my insurance covered(50% my part). Disappointing because I wonder now if my insurance covered less if their cost would’ve been that amount. Those who verify insurance could do better with verifying insurance by physically speaking to the insurance to confirm coverage.

You scheduled us at your Dominion office for what we thought would be braces removal. Through a miscommunication on your office’s part we found out upon arrival that was not the case. Disappointing to go to this office instead of the much closer/convenient Stone Oak location.
