I ordered a Filet Mignon tartar that was prepared perfect by Chef Scott. I'm well traveled and would consider Stone Summit a 5 star restaurant second to none. My Filet was presented thinly sliced seasoned perfectly with two rich quail eggs to complement the steak.

Last night, my wife and I went out for a date night. Looking for a new place to try out we came across Stone Summit Steaks and Seafood. From the moment we walked in it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and even let me taste a wine I was unsure about. The food came out timely and was cooked very well. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the Wentzville neighborhood!

The food was great, but the drinks from the bar took a really long time and every body had vodka/water/lemonade or spirt. So the drink orders were easy. We would go back.

The food was very good. There were big parties there, had a hard time getting food cooked and to the table. But all in all it was very good. The smoked wings were my favorite.
