My husband and I just came home from our 1st of many dinners at Stone Summit. I'm going to be honest I read the reviews and was saddened. Great new place with delicious food, drinks, and atmosphere. The bar has a cool, relaxed vibe with tvs and a great cocktail list (I got a mule and a tropical tasting rum drink). Dining room has a bunch of old pictures from historic Wentzville which the owners Julie and Dan took me around to see when I was waiting at the bar for my table. Very nice and interesting people. Celebrated our 22 Anniversary last night there and loved it. My husband and I had drinks and coconut shrimp to start, the shrimp really are large and flavorful. Orange marmalade yummy. Salads next. Awesome! Our new favorite place! Delicious steaks and superb appetizers. The atmosphere is welcoming and nice to dress up and go meet for drinks.
Excellent service, amazing food with a wide variety of selections, and delightful atmosphere. The wine, beer, and mixed drink choices were top notch. The perfect place for a date or entertaining clients. I would highly recommend it.
We saw this place en route to the movie theater and said, "Hey.....that new place is open. Wanna try it?" We walked in not knowing if we were walking into just another local bar and grill or .........
