My husband and I went there last night. Everything we had was amazing. We split the porterhouse, honestly the best steak we have ever had. Things went very smoothly considering they have only been open 5 days and still getting into a groove. Our waiter, Niko, was the best! Very knowledgable of the menu, on top of things, and a pleasure to talk to. We will ask for him every time! Just wish they offered more seafood, like crab legs, lobster tails, and oysters.

Overall, we liked the experience, but there were a few things we would have changed. It is a nice atmosphere but for higher priced food, you sit right on top of other guests. It would be nice if there were higher dividers between the booths to separate from others. We had to ask for specials and our waitress messed up our order, so my husband's food came out well after I was finished with my meal. I got the Mahi ($27) and it was wonderful. My wife and I ate dinner at Stone Summit just a few hours ago. We had the peppercorn crusted seared tuna for an appetizer and it was cooked perfectly. The wasabi pesto wasn't overpowering and it worked nicely with the tuna. For entrees my wife had the scallops over crab orzo and I had the 60 day dry aged porterhouse. Overall a good experience. The wedge salad was delicious and the french onion soup was incredible. However, service could have been better, our waitress seemed very new. When we were seated we were never told the specials, over heard them from another waitress after I already ordered, would have preferred the special. I had the Strip, it was very good but had a lot of fat and gristle for a 32 dollar steak. I did add the extra $5 for the crab meat and asparagus topping to my steak, it was amazing and recommend everyone try; even though it seems weird for crab meat on a steak, it was good.
We went their Friday for a sample menu and to try out some appetizers. The wings, the bread, the service.... Everything was amazing. Best dirty martini I have ever had and it was only $6!! Can't wait to go back and try the full menu out.
