excellent Not sure why all the low review scores but I had a one of a kind experience. Jack Drulard went above and beyond. I searched the whole state for the best deal on a 1500 ltz and they had it. I was in and out in less than an hour and everything was ready for me. If I could give 6 stars I would. Great job guys!
Best customer service ever I stood in the office looking lost because I wasn't sure of the whole process and Bill took notice while in the garage and I'm very grateful for that. I might have been standing there all day Not only did Bill tell me where I needed to go to get my car in the service line he also took great consideration of the fact my daughter had a basketball game that morning and he offered a loaner truck for us. Great Service - But Expensive My service representative provided some coupons for some of the services I was having done, which was very appreciated as the total bill was over $1200 before the coupons were provided to me, and I was only having basic maintenance services done on our 2015 Tahoe. The service and quality was great, but cost was exorbitant/excessively high, which is why many people don't like taking their vehicles to dealers for service.
