Service Department Review We had an appointment for with a service adviser but when we arrived, we were told that he was not there. However Maria stepped up & took care of us & provided excellent customer service. She explained what we should expect and how long we should be waiting for the repair to be completed. Service I went for a 1:30 PM service appointment. I did not find the appointment on their board, so I went in and spoke to Joe Hedrickson. He was unable to find the appointment on his computer, but immediately filled out the paperwork, gave me an estimate for the service, and sent the truck into the shop. He kept me informed of where they were with service. I was in and out in under two hours!
