Simple, pain free as it gets Found my new truck and contacted the deanship through the Cars.com website. Fast replay. Went and test drove the truck. No pressure to buy RIGHT NOW. Called the next day and did negations over the phone. By end of the day we had a deal. Went to deanship after work and drove my new truck home just a hour after arriving. Could not have gone better.

Best Car Buying Experience I purchased a used 2015 Honda Crosstour. The car was in excellent condition and priced fairly - right up front. Test driving was not a problem, no up sell and no head games. The salesman was professional and courteous. The F and I process was straight forward with respect paid to declining additional coverage offers. The whole process was complete within 2.5 hours with everyone parting in good company.
