Great Experience I bought a 2013 Chevy Equinox last weekend from Stonebriar Chevrolet. My salesperson was James Baker and he was very friendly and helpful. He listened to my needs and concerns and was very attentive and quick about making the deal happen. I was very happy with my experience at Stonebriar Chevrolet and with our salesman!

Great service on new purchase It had been 11 years since I bought a new car. My whole family had been faithful to driving Toyota cars since I was a little girl. I wasn't sure about what kind of car I wanted or if I wanted to stay with Toyota. I went to one other car Lott just to look around and the experience was horrible. My 20 year old son told me we should have went to Stonebriar Chevrolet first. good experience overall We were very happy with our car buying experience at Stonebriar Chevrolet. We worked with James Baker who went out of his way to be helpful and answer questions without being pushy. He always had a smile on his face & didn't mind admitting when he didn't have the answer to a question instead of making things up. I think he went above & beyond by being extra sweet to my son and offering to help me carry my car seat for the test drive and transfer things from one car to the other, and he did it all in 1... read more

Great team I recently purchased a pre-owned car from Stonebriar and it was a very smooth process. I was met at the door with a smile by James Baker. We discussed the car I was looking at online, which he had waiting for me before I arrived. We took it for a test drive and I was out of there with my new car in no time. Helpful people - long process The people were very helpful and friendly as I was looking at cars and deciding what I wanted. Pharrington, my salesperson, was especially good to work with! The facility is wonderful and I'm sure I will have a good Customer Service experience. My only problem is with the process, and the speed of the process, of negotiating the price and setting up the financing. Although I expect some back and forth with the salesperson consulting with their manager, that process seemed to take much too long. ... read more

Frisco I went in for service on my vehicle and waited about 3 hours for everything to be complete. I do have to say I waited a long time. Jeff Broughton did a great job of being friendly and honest while waiting. Jeff you rock!
