These folks wouldn't allow me to have a free consultation about my impacted wisdom teeth, while I was in excruciating pain, because I still owed monies on a previous bill that I was under the impression that was paid in full. I was being forced to pay up before they would even help someone in dire need.

I went to see Dr Simpson in 2015. I was scheduled for a tooth extraction and bone graft in August. I was never told that there was a possibility of nerve injury. I have a nerve condition which was never discussed with me by the doctor. I did indeed sign their paperwork (in the lobby while the girl stood over me telling me to initial here and initial there, sign, etc) Dr Simpson performed the procedure which did not work like he had hoped. My son had 4 wisdom teeth removed. A piece of equipment malfunctioned and burned the interior of his mouth. Okay. Things happen. Until the doctor mentioned this is third time this particular piece of equipment has failed. It is the first time someone got burned. For $2,000 a visit you would expect the equipment to be better maintained. Even better we got to spend even more money for an additional prescription to help repair his mistake. I would recommend finding someone else to perform any work you are having done.
Doctor was very harsh and not caring. He said it was a pretty gruesom surgery. Just didnt get the feeling of caring at all. And its $3900 for one inplant. Crazy. How much mi ey do they really need to make????
