They are very professional and caring. Dr. Simpson made me feel totally comfortable with almost difficult situation. Jennifer was great in assisting me with payment options and the staff was great in every situation. I appreciate being checked on after I was home. They checked the same day and the next day. When I called with “stupid” questions they never made me feel dumb or like I was wasting their time. Instead, they readily answered my question and made me feel valued.
I was there Tuesday and I had a great experience after my tooth extraction. They called me a few hours later to check up on me. Thank you to Jennifer for helping me with my insurance and setting up my appointment. She was very patient and kind!
Staff is super friendly and helpful. Procedure went great, no surprises and the follow up has been awesome.
