We had multiple issues with them. I question the integrity of this business and staff, they made a number of false statements and accusations concerning our interactions which were the basis of our problems with them. They dismissed us, rather than try to improve their services. I would not recommend them as a family vet.
This is my first time going here since I moved back to Texas, and the staff is super friendly and nice, and the prices are decent, BUT the one thing I DID NOT like was that whenever I came in to get my dog updated on his shots and get his yearly Heartworm testing done, they took him in the back and I was in the patient room by my myself. The doctor is all about money. He looked at my dog, who was just there to establish care, and just kept looking at her saying “hmmmmm, well”. Of course that made me nervous, no pet parent likes to be there anyway. When I asked what was wrong, I never got a straight answer. She’s fine, but I will never go back. Horrible bedside manner!

Incompetent and illiterate staff. I get bills, invoices, and threats from them. I'm not a client and I have never brought a pet to them. I tell them this via email. They do not reply and continue to send more emails to me. If I ever live in McKinney, I know which vet I will NOT use.
Took 2 dogs in for a skin problem. Was there for 2 hours because they were understaffed that day. After running tests for unrelated problems, my bill ended up being 741$. I asked the woman on the front why my bill was so high and she told me I was being rude for asking. How do you charge someone almost 800 bucks and not mention cost at any point?
