Short version: Started out great but ended on bad terms. Travis at Stonecore didn’t do what he committed to do and left the job unfinished Detailed version: We met Travis beginning of 2021 and asked for a quote to build a Uruguayan/Argentinian grill (parilla para los asados) which is essentially an elevated fireplace. Our contractor subbed the job to Stonecore. I’ll start by saying the finished pavers look good. However, if you’re wanting good communication and a well organized, on time project…don’t hire this company. We received the wrong color pavers and had to clean up our own project.
Awful. Two no shows and no calls.
The product itself is great. I needed 160 square feet of stone. My wife and I visited the Jacksonville location and picked out the stone. The salesman said it’s sold by linear feet. He did some calculations and came up with the number of linear feet. He did mention that it’s a little more but better safe than sorry. I agreed and paid for the stone and delivery.
