When your family is going through a crisis and you are lost its nice to have friendly staff that helps you get through such a hard time in your life. Thank you to the staff there. It made all the difference in the world to our family.

I'm a registered Nurse snd called to check on the status of my sister. I was appalled at the lack of respect and professionalism from Jazzy and Gabby. Both were condescending and used slang with a disrespectful tone and I asked to be transferred to my sister's nurse to check on her. I informed them that I was on the HIPAA contact, Jazzy hung up the phone. Staff development is a must at this facility!!!

They stoled my brothers, expensive jewelry we had bought for him. White gold Worth over three grand scrap value! and then they gave me the runaround by not telling me who checked out the items and sent them with the ambulance. Supposedly, they said to the ambulance, but then I asked for a report and there’s no report of it so they are thieves, and they are going to be prosecuted.

They prompt their employees and force them to write positive reviews about this place. This is the worst hospital to work at or get admitted into. Admissions is good..ish.. the rest are terrible. They treat the patients and employees horribly. The culture within this hospital is awful. They only care about revenue and not the actual care of the patient. They are paid by the day which is why the docs try to keep the patients as long as they can.  There are only 1-2 good psychiatrists. This is not by any means a healing enviro... read more

Hospital is horrible; nurses not approachable; saw my doctor for 15 minutes the hold time;unapproachable also; night room checks they salm the door even 5. Minutes; food I wouldn’t feel my. Dog. Staff make announcements by yelling down.the hall. Staff at night doing room checks and having a conversation on iPad out loud while trying to sleep.i don’t who is worse havenyck or this place. Beware of private owned hospitals

During my stay at stone crest medical center the staff thought it whould be funny to pretend they where going to mutilate me and during my weak mind state of severe anxiety I believed them, I was physically assaulted by a nurse for telling him to shut up for laughing at me, I was lied to gaslit played with had lies spread about me etc, I wish I could share the full story but it’s to traumatizing I’m now diagnosed with PTSD and contemplate taking my own life every day, sometimes I think I’d be better off homeless somewhere ad... read more
