Oil change Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Always love coming here to get my oil change. Never had any problems. So professional and even gave me a ride back to work while they changed my oil! Love conyers honda!
Excellent Service!! Stewart always gets me signed in promptly and service is completed within the timeframe expected. I can count on getting in and out quickly for routine maintenance.
Good service I always go and see Adam and he treats me very fairly.. Although when I get my vehicle back I often have to reset my computer for the oil change or have to recalibrate my TPMS because tires got rotated. I think the techs are going fast and forget but in my opinion I think this is part of the completion of my service...other than that I am satisfied.
Good Service As soon as I pulled in to Conyers Honda, I was greeted politely. When I explained why I was there, I was listened to. I was given an estimate on time and cost. The work was done well and in a timely manner. Everyone was polite and professional.

Got it the second time! The first service technician to hear my problem didn't know they could fix it. Later, when I was trying to order the parts, the parts department representative said they could. He helpfully made sure the service department knew what to do and connected me with a specific service technician. I'm deducting a point for the misstep, but quite happy with the result.
AMAZING Customer Service I brought my HR-V in for the first oil change. I was instantly greeted by Mike Cosper, the Service Advisor. I explained that I was on my lunch hour and needed the service done as quickly as possible. He immediately got the car to the bay and kept me informed during the entire process. I was so impressed with his customer service and willingness to help me out with the time factor. Honda Conyers is lucky to have Mike as an employee!! Great job and I will be back!!!
