Awesome first time experience! This was my first visit at this Honda service center. Everybody was very friendly and service was fast. Even when I mentioned that I didn't see any service discount coupons on their website for what I was having my car serviced for, the service advisor gave me a first time customer service discount which I thought was really nice. Service on Christmas Eve I have a 15-yr old Honda Odyssey that has been a great car but is ready for retirement. On Christmas Eve, I came in to - I thought - have a front headlight bulb replaced but the problem turned out to be much more serious. I explained to Thang Hoang, who was my service advisor on an earlier visit, that I didn't want to put any serious money into the car but I had to be able to drive at night. Excellent exoeruence We had purchased a car last year in a rush as our car was totaled in a wreck and had such a good experience that went back when our old van needed to be retired.
