Fast, thorough, and comfortable. It's never fun to have to spend money on your car, but this dealership has always done an excellent job. They are efficient and well-organized and make the process as painless as possible.
Fantastic I arrived without an appointment on a Saturday needing an oil change, windshield wipers and a cost estimate on the 60,000 mile service. I got everything I needed with a smile and was out of there in about an hour. Thang (forgive me if I spelled your name wrong) was excellent. He was very understanding of our needs and saw to it that we were taking care of properly.
Great customer service Mike facilitated my car service on Friday, September 14 and as always he was wonderful. Mike is always friendly, professional and makes me feel comfortable that my car is in good hands.
Professional and Courteous My visit was for scheduled oil change. The service technician advised me of upcoming scheduled maintenance that would need to be taken care of and he detailed those out on my invoice. He answered all of my questions. Conyers Honda Service is light years ahead of the dealership where my car was purchased. All of the employees at Conyers Honda were professional in appearance and actions. I felt confident that service was taken care as stated.
Fair and Honest We had just completed a 15 hour road trip with no air conditioning. I took the van in and in less than four hours Mike called to say the the air was blowing "cold" and that I could come pick the van up. Needless to say, I was pleased. Great service, friendly people at Honda of Conyers!
Great Customer Service! As always the customer service is outstanding. The service is very thorough and feedback is very honest and realistic. They never try to over sell what is really needed just to make a buck. We need more honest businesses like this one.
Great Work! The staff provided a friendly greeting, and asked why I was there for service. I informed them that I needed an oil change. He told me that I would have vehicle service immediately. I waited less than 30 minutes and my vehicle was ready. Although my vehicle is new and this was the first service, the staff did a thorough check of the vehicle.
Great Service My Honda was ready for an oil change so I just drove right in, I have never made a scheduled appointment and I always get in right away. They do the complete inspections an let you know if your car is need of added attention. They are always friendly and courteous. I don't go anywhere else.
Gear Shifter issues and Dashboard Button broke My CRV had an issue with the gear shifter and then on/off switch for the A/C. We visited Conyers Honda and met Mike Cosper. He was excellent to work with. Called us and kept us updated just as he said he would. He was friendly and very professional. Will ask for Mike for any other work that needs to be done to my CRV.
