Forever Honda Owner I have been a Honda owner all my life. The name along speaks for itself. This is the third Honda that I've purchased. Every time I come to get my car serviced, I'm informed on what is being done, any recommendations and what needs to be done plus the amount of the service on my next visit. Everyone is pleasant, the waiting room and restrooms are clean. It's just a great job experience all the way around.
Veheicle maintenance Mr. Thang was thorough in explaining the additional service for me to consider in addition to what I brought my vehicle in for. He also provided excellent customer service and status on my vehicle. I'm always impressed with the overall service(s) I receive at this Honda location.
Short wait Even though I did not make an appointment, my wait was not very long. My service person kept me up to date on how things were coming along.
They Always Go Above and Beyond What can I say that hasn't been said about Honda Conyers? They really do focus on customer first and it shows. They have a great service department. The entire team is really good. The pas time I was being taken care of by Mike. Man did he make me feel like royalty. They also did the work in a timely manner. I love this place.
