Management was very helpful with us to get everything ready. She was easy and flexible, and very accomodating with our needs. Another advantage was that the venue was available for entrance photo portraits, and for the table set up it provided a computer program to create a diagram for the floor lay out. This was easy to create and it allowed us to set up the tables in minimal time. Boulder Springs was absolutely perfect! It is beyond stunning. I couldn't have imaged a more perfect wedding! It definitely was my dream wedding venue I had always imaged:)
Boulder Springs is a beautiful rustic venue which was perfect for our Texas wedding. We got married outside at Legacy Hall and the view of the hill country was amazing. Even at 5pm in the evening on a July day, there was a nice breeze. The limestone staircase leading out to the site was absolutely beautiful for me to make my grand entrance. We absolutely loved this facility and the staff. The hall was beautiful and our guests kept commenting on how gorgeous it was. Anita was always available to answer any questions. I loved how flexible the party staff was in accommodating our wishes. The facility may be a little pricey, but needs very little additional decorations. We had our wedding reception at Stonehaven Hall at Boulder Springs. The venue was absolutely perfect for our rustic wedding! The building itself was gorgeous, with the perfect mix of wood, stone, and beautiful lighting. The grand staircase and built in sound system were icing on the cake. My bridal party and I chose to get ready for the wedding at Stonehaven Hall. Boulder Springs was a WONDERFUL place to have our wedding. It was everything we wanted, rustic, spacious and it had wonderful wheelchair access to all parts of the venue (my grandparents aren't mobile). Anita and the staff were professional and I did not have any trouble with payment or booking of the venue. The only reason I gave four stars for flexibility is because there are A LOT of rules when it comes to decorating/sparklers/things you can toss. Boulder Springs is beyond gorgeous! It is your picture-perfect Texas Hill Country rustic-elegance venue. Boulder Springs allows you to bring in your own vendors with no additional fees! This was exactly what we were looking for and allowed for a customized approach to our wedding! Anita, the general manager, was a HUGE asset in planning our wedding. She has a wealth of knowledge and some truly wonderful preferred vendors that we used for our special day! I highly recommend Boulder Springs for ANY special event! :)
