After signing a contract and giving a one third deposit, we were completely forgotten about. When installation finally occurred, it was not complete. We waited weeks for someone to come back, and finally were so frustrated, we had to finish the work ourselves. Please do not use this company!
Our experience with Stoneridge was beyond diappointing. We signed a contract and gave a deposit, and then we were absolutely forgotten. We were told a certain time frame, but then when I called past that time frame, there were lots of excuses and nothing had even been ordered. The installation was shabby at best, and we were left with a lot of finish work to do ourselves. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Be very wary of this company. This is my note to them when asked if I was still interested in their services. This is my experience working with them, but their pricing and professionalism were clearly underwhelming. I removed the individuals name but the below was my note back to him. Just do your own research: I was utterly disappointed in the estimate and the level of fidelity your sales guy tried to navigate during the estimate. Amazing work!
I am very happy with the completed sunroom. it is beautiful to look at and it is absolutely weatherproof. I live on the water and we get some very strong winds coming off of the water, but you cannot feel the wind at all inside the sunroom. I only gave 4 stars simply because there were some issues on the way to the delightful end point. Also, I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark Dreyer. On a scale of 1 - 5, I would rate him a ten. He solves all problems.
In a word, this experience was amazing from the sales meeting to completion! Each and every person that I communicated with during the process was pleasant, caring and helpful. The construction was completed quicker than we expected and the quality of work far exceeded our expectations. It was fascinating watching the builders who obviously knew exactly what they were doing. And it didn't stop when the construction was completed and paid for.
