The lead contractor, Stephen, was very communicative and capable. His attention to detail was exceptional. His crew needed some guidance on finish work and Stephen made sure items were done correctly. There were a few glitches, but the finished product is wonderful!
We are so overwhelmed and very happy of the amazing experience we had with Stoneridge Outdoor Living what a beautiful trek deck they built for us. The project Manager explained every step by step as they were building. From the pre-meeting until finish. Very polite, informative, and he responded to our request and questions. Replaced an aging deck, added a 3 season sunroom & replaced a bay window with a sliding glass door. For us, the project was a big one. The crews were focused, professional & accomodating. Job site was always clean & organized at the end of each shift. Any concerns we had during and after completion of the project were addressed immediately. I would recommend Stonebridge to my friends & family.
They came when they said they would the guys were polite. Stoneridge provided little extras like using our existing gate and making sure we were comfortable with the steps going down from the deck. Thanks for a job well done!
