There are no words. I love Stone Water apartments, it is so amazing and I am not lying to you guys. The new management is amazing, Miss K and the M. Crew are always there for you. Always! When I have a problem, They fix it that day or the next.. There's never a long wait. We have awesome newsletters every month, different months and new theme. All Smiles Hello! When I visited this community, everything was sooo awesome! I was so glad to stumble upon this hidden treasure. I will be looking forward to living in the community in the near future. All the office staff were just amazing. I could see one thing could be a downfall as far as location, but the positives defiantly out way the negatives. Thanks a bunch for the great management team. Anyone looking for a home should choose them.

4 months rent owed to break your lease Arium has a section of the rental contract which states you must pay an additional buy out fee beyond the 60 days notice. For us this fee was $2500. It is costing us 4 months rent to break the lease from the date we gave notice. A cost of just under $5000. We have lived in a number of apartment communities and have never encountered the additional buy out fee. This was not verbally disclosed. Don't Waste Your Time Terrible place to live. To begin with, the front office staff are great before you actually sign a lease and then they turn rude and condescending for anything thereafter, especially Christie. Absolutely hate when anything arises that I need to talk to them about because they're literally no help at all. Their main mode of communication is by clipping up papers outside of your door and you may or may not get the information half the time.
