Stoney seems to be an excellent guy and I believe he did what he could for me. Not sure if the issue was him, unwriting, or what. But there was a big development 3 days before my closing, after I had already sold my current home. I was expected to spend a lot of money in order to close. Even thought I had repeatedly asked throughout the process to avoid the situation. I thank God I was able to pay the money... but someone else might not have been able to and it’s just all around bad practice.
