All of the staff that I encountered were pleasant and knowledgeable. The office is clean and organized. I had the new dentist she was great. She explained everything and told me what I needed to do and what I was doing right. There were no business cards for her so I won’t butcher her name. I also, had a cleaning done by Jennifer, she was very nice, and personable, she did a great Job of explaining and cleaning, I was overdue. I have moved my entire family to the practice going forward.
I've been going to Stony Point Dental for many years. All of the staff there are wonderful. My hygienist, Anna, was considerate, kind and made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend!
My 17 year old broke her FRONT tooth over the weekend and Dr. Bibeka (new to the practice) was able to re attach it at an emergency visit Monday morning! I was in tears to see my beautiful girl get her smile back, just in time for Junior Ball. It was our first time using Stony Point Dental and every single staff member was friendly and professional with welcoming smiles. We will 100% be back.
Awesome experience! Loved Dr. Walder - thorough, gentle, caring and smart! Denise is her awesome assistant - again, gentle, caring, kind, knowledgeable! The office staff, Nicole and Deirdre, couldn't be nicer - they were also kind and efficient. The office is clean and contains state-of-the-art commitment which is a testament to their desire to provide their patients with the best care! Obviously, I can't say enough. I would give them 10 stars, if I could!
Stony Point Dental is awesome! Always a pleasant experience. Dentists, assistants, hygienists and office staff are wonderful! Treatment is thorough and each patient is treated with care and compassion. Time is taken to explain and procedures are appropriate. There are never “surprise” charges. Best practice around!
