Increased prices 100% in a 30 day window without notice. Not sure why they think this is a good business practice. Would have never gotten the unit in the first place if I would have know that prices would have DOUBLED in 3 months. Communication is key, would have appreciate more of that from this company.

Fairly easy online purchase. Stopped by a few minutes later and the lock and key set were already in the unit. The Bluetooth gate access worked flawlessly.

I can only give 3 stars since I haven't had much experience with Extraspace. However, I give Billy (The Manager in the office) Five Stars. This guy is very nice, extremely helpful and patient. He explained everything to me clearly, showed me potential units, didn't use any high pressure sales tactics and was overall, extremely nice. Addendum: I changed my review to five stars from 3. The lady that I spoke with over the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to digitally sign my contract the same day without having to go into the office. The storage units are clean. I checked around before deciding to go with this location and these were the most affordable. They also have digital access to open the gate via the app which pretty cool! Perfect size for the items that we needed to store.
