Cindy is amazing! I changed the size of my unit, so I moved into unit 3362, and my move date changed to March 13th. Even though I changed my unit, I continued to get emails concerning my original unit and move in date. I am very happy with the security of the building, the cleanliness, and the friendly staff. My only concern is that I went to the office Friday, March 17 two times prior to noon and after noon during the posted office hours. I needed to drop off proof of homeowners insurance. Great customer service and the staff is helpful and friendly. Place is always clean and staff helpful. I've had a unit since 2014 and have always had great experience. The people who work here are always friendly. I've never had any problems with anything. Very satisfied customer.
