Well-maintained Decently Priced Self-Storage The storage facility was very clean and seemed secure. It was well-lit and had cameras. The manager, Angela, was very friendly and very helpful.
Simple rental Did everything on line never had to set foot in the office. Loved it

Customer Was told I wasn't allowed on property after moving my stuff into the unit. A 10x30 unit to be exact, meaning that I had just moved alot of stuff into the unit just to turn around and move it all again. She was very rude and disrespectful due to never auctioning off my stuff like she said. While I was moving out I had a friend there to help me and she told him the very same thing. I don't know if she just says that to everyone or what.
the we can sell your shit for nonpayment is wrong understand ppls situation Everything is fair but forcing a customer to sign a non negotiable agreement to auction off property they dont or cant afford to lose , thats the only thing i want them to be more nicer about, there is two types of storage use , dire situations and non dire situations hopefully that can be understood in the future and the policys change
Not worth it I got my storage and the code didnt work I got stuck inside for hours. Called multiple times no answer. After 2 hours got someone on the call center they gave me an emergency code to get out and it didn't work. The call center couldn't get a hold of the worker the manager the district manager or anyone else. They really dont care about customer service. Every time I go to the office there seems to be an emergency and no one is there they are gone and its closed.
