Good service Very responsive and helpful staff
Very good experience Great experience and responsive staff
Good service Service was great and when I had difficulty opening the gate, the person on the phone was very helpful and was very nice.
Everything worked out great After some initial hiccups with checking in, the customer service agent was understanding and apologetic, and took care of everything
Easy access Local site manager was very helpful.
潇摯 Customer service was a 10/10 and the Storage unit clean was a 10/10
Stuck inside! Went to place for first visit. Was on motorcycle as just putting lock on door. Couldn't get out. Pulled up to gate numerous times but it wouldn't open and no other entrance/exit. Finally while on phone with cust svc a truck pulled up outside & when they opened gate to get in, I got out. Not too happy about that.
Very clean and easy to pull up to. We are very happy with the security and cleanliness of this yard.
Good service Easy to reserve a storage online, no hassle, good customer service.
