terrible storage facility. i have used them for for multiple units for almost 10 years. they used to be good. in the last 3 years they have nearly doubled my rate with constant rent increases. the units are dirty and dusty inside, ruining my stuff, (from the doors not sealing) there are spiders, mice, and bugs in units. i have had rain damage in the past as well. customer service is bit or miss at best, sometimes you will get someone who has no idea what they are doing but is nice, other times they have no idea what they ar... read more
I finally found a place that has AMAZING customer service! Renea is so nice! She showed me around the units and didn't mind showing me all the options. Agusta has a great sense of humor that kept me laughing the whole time. The older gentleman was so kind and walked me through the uhaul process. These people deserve a raise. Bravo 👏
The best experience I've ever had with self storage. The staff are so kind and friendly. They're helpful and pleasant to work with and the prices are great. I chose an indoor unit. The entire place is very clean and secure. Thank you.
Darrell is the best. He was very pleasant and helpful during the process in assisting me obtain my storage unit. The two young ladies in the office were also very thorough, professional and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a storage facility in the Maricopa area.
I went to get information on truck rental and to rent a utility cart. The customer service was awesome and friendly. They answered all my questions and the service was excellent. Thanks again for all your help. I definitely will be back to rent a truck to move.👍👍😂😂😂
