Very helpful in finishing up my move to Arizona. They were experiencing a power outage at the time, and still did all they could to get me a unit so I could get my U-Haul turned in on time. I applied all they did for me in my situation. Thank you very much.

If I could leave a ZERO I would. I have never been treated the way LUPE the manager treated me. She was unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. I thought she was going to hit me because I called her out on her lies. My brother had a unit there and he had moved out on the 10th. I received a call from LUPE to pay for the unit because I am the contact. I was confused because my brother told me he moved out. I called my brother to get confirmation he moved.
