Steve and Janet were amazing. Previous to going to this storage facility, I had rented a unit from a different storage facility for my vehicle. 2hrs before the flight, it turns out that other facility gave me the wrong unit. My van could not fit. Scrambling, I called East McDowell Storage Solutions, they said come on down. Steve and Janet worked very hard and fast with no stress to get us out so we would make the flight, and I’m here on the plane right now because of them. Thanks Steve and Janet!
