The unit was good, sold dry secure. The reason we left is business practice. We were at up on auto pay, suddenly due to errors on the company’s part we start getting late fees. Total garbage, We should not have to hassle with any of this so long as we took care of our part, we set up payment and all stayed functional on our end yet we have to pay extra fees. Great service
When I first started renting here I was happy with the service. Since then there has been a change in staff and a price hike. I had a debit card get stolen and upon getting the new card I accidentally forgot to update my payment info on the account (one of many accounts mind you). When the first came around I received a hateful voicemail from someone acting like I had intentionally not updated my info to avoid payment. I’ve never been late. We moved out in September, called to notify and let the on-site person know. Realized we were still being charged in December, so I called and was told there was no record of my call. The unit has sat empty and unlocked since September and no credit was given or offered. That's bad business. My next stop will be a YELP review.
