Great customer service. Very knowledgeable of the property and units available
I needed storage for a year and Debbie hooked me up with 12x14’ mini storage for boxes and tools and it worked out perfect! She was very need oriented and found me the best deal for my needs. Very organized , good communication skills and respectful. I highly recommend this facility!

It was fine but you kept raising the rent where I simply could no longer afford to keep my belongings there. Friendly staff.
This is Idaho! We have Idaho wages! Raising our rent prices every three months makes a person anxious to move out. We have been loyal tenants, paying on time for 10 years. Doesn't that count for something. Just because some storage facility in California raises their rates, does not justify you raising yours. Please have a little heart here.

For one i was charged for a unit that i had exited out of all because i was 3 days late with the lock. Aint like u guys lost money because there were plenty of the same size units available.

The main reason I left is the constant price increases and all they say in the email is due to rising costs, which is a joke. Last time I checked, this storage facility has been completed for years now, so what could the rising costs be for a place that’s been built for awhile now and literally offers you a metal shell with no electricity, heating/ac, water, etc? After 3.5 years and being out of state, I lost my entire life and my business equipment. Me & my son had to flee again from his abusive father & had to fill a 20x20 & flee. This was the first time that I got to this level of arrears & I needed help with catching up 2 months plus numerous fees etc. and having a good payment history I was unable to save my units contents.
