The gate routinely is stuck open here. Showed up at 9 to grab some things and the gate is stuck half open and won't respond to my code. Worst part is no one is here till 9:30. So criminals can come in any time and take your stuff. Asinine.
The lady who works in the office is one of the rudest humans you will ever come in contact with. She will not listen but rather yells over you and does not try to assist you in any aspect. I would choose any other storage unit rather than this one.
I never thought I would have two-cents about a storage unit, but I am SO grateful we picked this place for our storage needs - even before they became Storage Star. Lorraine Anderson is a WONDERFUL manager and goes above and beyond her station. She shows she cares more than almost any manager in any business I've seen and I feel like she really cares about the well being of her tenants and their belongings.
I've had my unit for 3 or so years now. I loved the old owners/crew. The gate was only accessible with a code, there was always someone there to answer the phone or call back, and the prices were reasonable. Que in the new owners that you can't get ahold of, no one seems to be in the office, and the gate is always open. Not to mention the rate hikes and now an added charge for insurance? I had the best experience ever! The lady was so nice and I wish I could have gotten her name. It was my first time getting a storage unit and she shared a lot of information and walked me through the entire process thoroughly!! :)
