I have been fortunate enough to deal with a wonderful woman at Locksley Storage whose name is Amy. She has been super helpful when I have needed assistance or had a question or had to change my payment plan due to identity theft. She made checking out of our storage unit after seven years so easy yesterday, I just can't say enough good things about her and I really appreciate her personal interactions with me as her customer. So big props to Amy and thank you very much for being so professional!
Never had any issues! Staff were always super friendly. The only thing that made us go was the rent increases that seemed to become pretty frequent, so that’s why 4/5 stars, but other than that it was a great place to store what needed storing.
The property was well maintained and secure. No problem getting on to the property when I needed to during the day. It was a good place to rent a storage space from
Signed up today with Amy in Auburn and it was super easy and much cheaper than I had anticipated. Amy was caring, thorough and made me feel at ease storing my stuff at Locksley Mini Storage!
Standard storage place it's clean rodent free but they will instantly and consistently raise your rent. As far as I could tell the rent increases did not go into anything but their pockets.
